The Custom Experience

01. Consultation

After you place your inquiry, we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation to learn more about you, your wedding, and your ideas for your invitations. No ideas yet? No problem—that’s what we’re here for!

02. inspiration

You’ll receive a carefully curated questionnaire to help us hone in on a design for your invitations. After that, we’ll work together to create a mood board that perfectly encapsulates the feel of your wedding paper.

03. Design

After we’ve nailed down your overall aesthetic, we’ll get started on your custom design and deliver a beautifully realistic mockup of your paper goods straight to your inbox. This process usually takes around two weeks.

04. Revisions

Our custom invitations include multiple rounds of revisions to make sure you’re thrilled with the results. After all, we want you to love your invitations as much as we love designing them!

05. Production

We’ve spent years tracking down the best vendors and production partners to help bring our designs to life. We work only with those who share our values and (exceptionally high) standards. Calligraphy and assembly are always completed in house.

06. Delivery

Your stationery will be securely packed and delivered straight to your door. We also offer mailing services for those who prefer a more hands-off approach. We get it, not everyone loves a trip to the post office!

She included thoughtful touches in every element of our save the dates, invitations and day-of items including hand-drawn images of our dog and over a dozen types of bread.
